No person or entity may reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, manufacture, license, display, publish, scrape, train artificial intelligence systems with, mint as digital assets or NFTs, commercially exploit, falsely claim ownership of, or otherwise use any protected intellectual property of Patriae Fidus LLC without prior express written authorization from Patriae Fidus LLC.

Unauthorized use for commercial purposes, financial gain, deceptive representation, counterfeit merchandise, impersonation, or consumer confusion is strictly prohibited and may constitute violations of federal and state trademark, copyright, unfair competition, and intellectual property laws.

Patriae Fidus LLC reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law, including but not limited to injunctive relief, recovery of profits, statutory damages, attorney’s fees where permitted, and all other civil and equitable remedies. Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of such rights.

Any authorized use of Patriae Fidus LLC intellectual property must be granted through a written licensing or authorization agreement executed by Patriae Fidus LLC.
